Pulling In and Parking
Self-parking at the resort costs nothing. There are spaces for more than 2,500 vehicles, and parking the car yourself is free. If you would rather hand over the keys, the valet at the casino main entrance starts on Friday at 10 a.m. It then runs without a break until Monday at 2 a.m.
That valet is free for My Club Rewards members at Silver level and above. Everyone else pays a fee. Once you are a registered hotel guest, the hotel valet is another option, and it is free for Elite and Ultra members.

The room
Getting Your Suite
Every room in the hotel is a suite. Check-in opens at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. on the day you leave. Rooms are booked online or by calling 1-800-832-7529. The hotel rooms were renovated in the resort's recent refresh, which also enlarged the spa and the fitness centre.
The hotel keeps a limited number of accessible suites. If you need one, or have any other needs, mention it when you book rather than at the desk. Pets stay home for the weekend, though certified service animals are welcome.
The floor
ID at the Casino Floor
Only people 19 and older may go onto the casino floor. They need valid government-issued photo ID, signed and in good condition, in the form of a passport, a driver's licence or Age of Majority card. Those aged 21 or under are also asked for another piece of ID showing their name; a debit, credit or health card works.
One further rule covers every visitor. Anyone self-excluded or trespassed from Casino Rama Resort, or from any gaming property in Ontario, is not allowed to visit.
Dinner
Friday Dinner
Couchiching Court Buffet sits on the casino floor and admits guests 19 and over only. It serves dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Centre Bar, the sports bar in the middle of the floor, is also for guests 19 and over and opens every day from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
No hours are posted by the resort for Chow Lucky Noodle Bar, The Weirs, Firestarter Lounge, ATLAS steak + fish or MATCH Eatery & Public House. A number of the restaurants take bookings at 1-800-832-7529, so call there to ask and to reserve. No dress code applies anywhere, restaurants included.
No car
Arriving Without a Car
Outside companies, not the casino, operate the buses that serve the resort. For bus questions, call 1-888-817-7262 and press 1, then 3. Organizing a trip for a group? The resort sales team books coach trips at 1-705-329-3325.
Once there, guests can borrow wheelchairs free of charge at the hotel bell desk, the bus entrance or the casino main entrance. Chairs go to whoever arrives first, with no reservations taken, and a piece of government ID stays behind until the chair is returned.
